Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from those data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).
Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer or mobile device).

Data Subject is any living individual who is using our Service and is the subject of Personal Data.
Data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data.
Data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data. Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons.
Data that include or encompasses genetic data and cannot be completely anonymous.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13 or under the age of 18 for Azumio product features that integrate the Helix platform. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
Your Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in your country. Azumio product features that integrate with the Helix Platform are only available in the US.

We may add this information to the information we have already collected from you.
In general, Personal Data you submit to us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to aid us in serving you better. We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that make the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Applications. Azumio reserves the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties, including but not limited to our research partners, in its sole discretion.
